Russia hit Kiev. Targets include a storage facility.


Russian Shaheds over Obukhov, Kiev region. One clips a residential high-rise and crashes.


Russia hit Chernigov. Reportedly Iskanders were used. The target is allegedly some sort of industrial object and rail infrastructure. Links represent at least two separate waves of strikes.


Russia hit Priluki, Chernigov region. Targets include the local city administration building.


Russia hit Novgorod-Severskiy, Chernigov region. The target appears to be the local city administration building.


Russia hit Sumy. Targets unclear, fires burn.

First official confirmation of Russian use of the Shahed-5 against fuel infrastructure in Moshenka, Sumy region.


Russia hit Kharkov. Reportedly Iskanders and Shaheds were used, with one strike wave having an unsual number of jet-powered Shaheds. Links represent at least two waves of strikes.


A Ukrainian interceptor drone fails to down a Russian Shahed over Kharkov. Some have used these sorts of incidents to claim the general ineffectiveness of Ukrainian interceptor drones, but I think this is untrue. We've seen Russia work on increasing the speed of their Shaheds, which specifically suggests

Russia hit Krivoy Rog. Targets reportedly include energy infrastructure, the rail depot, and the Arcelor Metal steel plant. Blackouts are reported. Links represent at least 5 separate waves of strikes. Krivoy Rog has gotten a lot of attention from Russia recently, perhaps some sort of major movement of military cargo is happening through there.


Russia hit Znamenka, Kirovograd region. Targets include a rail depot.

Russian Shaheds hit Nikolaevka, Dnepropetrovsk region. Power outages are reported.

Russia hit substations across Odessa region, including Alekseevka, Etalon, and Mikhailovka.


Russia hit the Perechen', Maydan, and Lipcha substations, Transcarpathia region.


Russia hit Khmel'nitskiy city. Targets include industrial objects.

Russia hit the town of Korosten', Zhitomyr region. The strike was a combination of cruise missiles and drones, and the target was reportedly the train station area. It's possible they were targeting something being transported or stored there.

Ukraine hit Lugansk city. Targets include an industrial enterprise, and some residential buildings.



Ukraine hit Starobel'sk, Lugansk region. Targets include the city administration building.


Ukraine hit Alchevsk, Lugansk region. Targets include the Parkomunna substation and the metallurgical complex. 3 factory workers are reported killed. The factory complex in question is reportedly used by Russia to manufacture artillery shells. It's a reminder that areas Russia has taken over and are well enough to the rear can contribute to the Russian war effort.


Ukraine hit the Noviy Svet powerplant in Donetsk region. Reportedly Ukraine used graphite bombs to target energy infrastructure in Donetsk region. Blackouts have been reported across the region.

Ukraine hit Tol'yatti, targeting two local chemical plants.


Ukraine hit Ufa. The target was once again the oil refinery. A UAV hit a residential building.


Ukraine hit the Yaroslav oil refinery.


Ukraine hit the Krymsk Oil Production Dispatch Station and substation, in Krasnodar region. 1 civilian was reportedly killed.


Ukraine hit a chemical plant in Chapaevsk, Samara region. 3 Flamingo missiles were used with one intercepted, and two landing, but missing anything substantial.


Ukraine hit the Apatit chemical plant in Cherepovets, Vologda region. The factory makes fertilizer.


Ukraine hit Belgorod. At least one residential building was damaged, targets include the city administration building.


Ukraine hit the Russian oil platforms in the Caspian sea again. Note this time there were either MANPADS teams or some other SAMs on them, but they still got hit.

Ukraine has repeatedly (6 times I believe) hit the Ust-Luga and Primorsk port facilities in north-western Russian, west of St. Petersburg, disrupting oil terminal operations. There is speculation that the drones flew through the airspace of various Baltic states to get there, avoiding Russian air defenses.


Ukraine sank a Russian coast guard patrol ship in Vyborg.

Ukraine hits allegedly a Russian Buk-M3 decoy. I don't know how the author of the post determined it was a decoy, but there was been a pattern of better quality Russian decoys showing up lately. Russia is well behind the curve in this but they're making progress.


A Russian Kub-1B drone with a thermobaric warhead. The Kub started the war as the smaller cousin of the Lancet and was used in Kiev as far back as '22, but it was significantly less successful.


Some reports from Russian sources indicate that the Hornet loitering munition, made by Swift Beat, have been quite effective in Ukrainian service. They note that it operates on non-standard frequencies, meaning typical drone detectors don't work, and has an AI-based guidance system.
