I think I was referred to here from the Global Talk Forum or the Sino Defense Forum, one way or the other indirectly... I dunno how these message boards are linked together but since it appeared that the discussion level here is somewhat professional it seems like a good place to be.

Do you mean the feeling being part of a Leo II tank crew, or do you mean the version of the Leo?

I'm Alswelk (which is a clever re-working of my real initials), I'm 18, male, and currently studying Chemical Engineering at Iowa State University. I'm particularly interested in the world's navies, although basically any of the topics I've read thus far are fascinating. Unfortunetly, I lack a lot of the technical knowledge many of the members of this forum seem to possess, so I'll try to not over-reach my own knowledge.
Oh, and since I've talked to a lot of people in the US that don't know where Iowa is, basically take a map of the continental US and put your finger in the middle and you've got it.

Hello everyone, my name Kyler and as my info says I am from Evansville, Indiana. It is a medium size city in heart of the U.S. Currently I am Social Science (History and Politic's) Secondary Education major. I enjoy reading about history especially World War 2 and the history of aviation. I am also won competitions in aircraft recognition. I hold a private pilots licsence, and fly when the chances arises. I also enjoy art, music, debates, traveling, and both american and foreign football.
I have had traveled and visisted a number great military bases and museums including; U.S. Airforce Museum, Fort Knox, Eglin Araments Museum, Naval Air Museum, Imperial War Museum (A Must See!), and a great tour of Ellsworth AFB. I have to chance to work at my local airshow with the Blue Angel's and other aircraft & their pilots.
