According to multiple posts on Twitter and Telegram, Prigozhin very recently allegedly said he was about to enter Rostov. Kazach'i Lageri is north of Rostov and not on the main Rostov-Moscow Highway. Even if Prigozhin was telling a lie or magically passed through Rostov unnoticed, why would he take a detour through Kazach'i Lageri?
Granted that this is all supposition, but Wagner doesnt have to be in one monolithic group.
They literally weren't until this war. Prigozhin managed a series of linked units that all operated under him, and some reported to Utkin (it's not clear all did). This is why until this war I generally dissuaded people from talking about Wagner as a single entity. It wasn't. However this effort changed things a lot.
Rozhin thinks it's all theater.
Unlikely, at least not until morning I presume. Some say his Telegram messages were pre-written and scripted to be sent at a set time. This is somewhat believable. All statements were written or verbal only. No video footage as far as I'm aware.

I've seen that both on Telegram and Twitter. Could be. If true, Prigozhin could be already arrested -- or he went stark raving mad and, lacking a proper straight jacket, his guys are sitting on him until the little men in white coats can get there. Okay, I'm having a little fun here.

Maybe Prigozhin is already arrested and this is all fake justification for it with nothing really happening.
Who knows? As you can hear in link on my last edit in my last post, Prigozhin has been claiming that the air force was ordered to attack his Wagner columns from the air even though they are passing among civilian vehicles and says the pilots refused to fire on them. Later, he says they are being attacked by two planes and gives their numbers. Like I said, it's like he's written some crazy action movie script for himself. Still no credible sightings of any Wagner columns reported that I have seen.
Or someone else wrote it for him and he's actually already in custody. This feels like theater, which makes me question the reality of any of it.
That's an idea I've toyed with in my mind, but it seems pretty risky if elements loyal to Putin are orchestrating this crazy charade, especially considering the stuff on Prigozhin is saying (or supposedly saying if the posts on "his" Telegram posts are all fake). An elaborate plot to catch disloyal elements? Again, mighty risky. It's all very strange. But then I've always thought wars could be so strange.
Looks like we were typing at the same time. I agree, it feels like theater. But it still seems like very risky theater to me.
