Hello to All.
I have been a member now for about a year now (voyeuring LOL)
The reason I guess that I only have reading the forums and not contributing,
is I just dont know enough to make a credible response. I have been on a steep learning curve.
My main interests are the world Navies and Air Forces, particular ADF.
The closest I have ever come to working in the Military sector was with a job offer from Boeing (Amberley) on the Wedgetail Project. I turn the offer down for salary reasons. (I did get to sit in a F-111 though
)
I like the professional conduct on this site and look forward to contributing in the near future.

Hi - I'm a Singaporean living abroad in the US and studying there. Been interested in military history ever since my grandfathers, God rest their souls, told me stories about their experiences during the invasion and occupation of Singapore.
I'm a History major, focusing on East Asia in the 19th and 20th centuries. Particularly in the rise of Japan's military and its influence on later Asian militaries. Really interested to explore the forums!

Hi I am in the retirement age group, but not retired. i served in the RNZAF for 20 years, spent 12 years at Ohakea the then strike base, this was interuped by 3 years at DEF HQ the rest of the time was spent at other locations mainly training. I have since spent time in the food industry and stock food. My main interests outside defence are DIY and motorcyles (riding and repair) I tend to ride the bikes a little quicker than the police would like but I am still alive though a little poorer. I have spent many years writing to politicians with some very minor successes. My stongest trait is problem solving which enabled me to make some significant contributions to both the RNZAF and the food industry and I, cannot spell.
