JSF leads in race over Turkey's new generation fighters

I'm very worried by the prospect of no navalized F35s. After the A12 cancellation, this new cut would be a huge blow :shudder . Can't USAF be persuaded to order F35B variants, a bit like RAF and RN are now sharing HArirers today (and F35Bs hopefully tomorrow) ?
With Australia onboard the list of allied countries willing to acquire F35 (often F35Bs) is getting longer.

cheers
I think he's talking about the F-35C, not the F-35B. The STOVL version is for the USMC, not the USN.

Ah yes I guess you're right.
Well then provided a F35B STOVL is built, the USN can always use them in replacement of the Super Hornets. I guess I should open a separate thread, but what would the USN lose in terms of payload/speed etc if they opted for the F35B STOVL variant ?

cheers

by first hand experience i meant that they were in turkey for a while!
saw turkey and it´s people with their own eyes!
that´s all!
Just a question:are you also a member of the network54 military forum?

@Big-E:I respect your opinion, but no matter what you do or say,we will get the JSF!more cooperation from Khaddafi?Yeah!!!
Referring to the remnants of a very historic community of Constantinople/Istanbul which is the living history of this City like "they were in Turkey for a while" is astonishing!!! I still do not believe that your personal thoughts and mentality on this issue represents thoughts and mentality of the average Turk..im not a member of network54 military forum never heard of it...

you don´t get it or do you?i meant that they were in turkey,i.e. small cities and villages(and not just in the tourists place)and get to know the normal turkish citizen:p:
Me myself have some greece friends, but i´ve never been to hellas,so i will not say that all greece are like my friends or that they are the opposite of it!
but really i don´t want to continue this debate, cause it could end like in the network54 forum(i´m also not a member)just pure flamewar,so let´s keep the politics out of this forum!;)
