Honestly, these type of boats should be more of a Bakamla asset, not a Navy asset.
So these are actually AAVP7A1s/LVTP7A1s, with those Up-Gunned Weapon Station (UGWS) for the Personnel variant, as well as appliqué armor kits and bow planes.View attachment 55667

12 AAV7 ex USMC from batch of 35, previously reported as only 10. This being talk as part of 1st batch. Shown using add on armour and weapon station standard USMC.

Different from existing 15 AAV7 ex ROK Marines on armour and weapon station. Well better this then BTR-50.
It's another multi agency mess that leads to inefficiency and miscoordination, Bakamla should be the main body and take on the job of Fisheries, Transport, Customs.Maritime Constabularies now being literally fought on between Bakamla, Navy, Fisheries, Transport, Customs and Police. Enough Patrol vessels between them already, but each try hold on on their own turf. This matter already problematic for decades, but maritime slice of cakes is tempting.
