All that from a Tom Clancy book, wooooow.....I've read recently that Russian missile systems such as the BM30 tend to be more accurate than the US' homebuilt MLRS M270. I may be reading an old 1990's Tom Clancy book, but it seems the M270 has the better shot in comparison. Any opinions?

This doesn't surprise me if a Russian is saying the BM30 is better. And of coyrse Tom Clancy is going to say the M270 is the best thing around. I agree with Waylander. I think Waylander should have you pointed in the proper direction that you seek, they do not call them map grid square removers for nothing. depending on specific rocket may I add with U.S advancements in computer software, guidance systems and GPS technology that this could be a deciding factor. But then again when you live by the Russian artillery usage princible of; screw that stinking precision fire, when in doubt wipe it all out.:shudder does it really matter.Yes, all that.
