Do you have a better source besides Wikipedia? Most people do not accept Wiki as a valid source, especially on military matters.
Really sorry about that. I was searching all day for more info on this aircraft & Su-30 MK1, but wasn't able to find any info other than this.

I think we may be able to find some more info from Jane's Defense journal, but we need a subscriber to give us that info...

There probably isn't much out in the public domain right now and chances are you won't find someone willing to risk their subscription on a public forum.

BTW, the level of secrecy that Russia is keeping on the PAK FA and how they go about achieving it, is amazin. This considering its a more open russia now, and some military men like to leak info's to boast or just corruption getting the information out.
I wonder what kinda pressure the gov is having on those involved in the project, to keep it a secret.

Perhaps the project isn't far enough along for there to be anything more specific that can be leaked and still be understandable. Remember what's flying next year isn't the final product, only the prototype. Russia has flown several other 5th gen. prototypes in the late and mid 90's. No more information was available about them then is about the PAK-FA now. The one hope is that large funding will allow the PAK-FA to actually get somewhere. Realistically next year they will simply be testing the engines and the airframe rather then the completed aircraft.

Dude, that is a photoshopped pic of the S 37 Berkut. You can clearly htee the outlines of the forward swept wings and its canard in the delta design. This is old news.

They're too small to be real fighters anyways. At best it's a mockup. Most likely it's photoshop.

These are most likely scale wind tunnel testing models. The shiny surface, most likely aluminum, is the giveaway.

The structure at the right edge of the photo, looks like an elbow for a wind tunnel. This is probably a wind tunnel testing facility.

I agree i think they are legit testing models (its a pretty good job if its photoshop). They may have been concept diamond wing SU-47 models.

It should have been easy to add in sections (to the test models) to the forward swept Su-37 wings to make them into diamond wings.
