Turkey uses the Greek back-stabbing as a tool to secure NATO military sanctions on Greece. NATO decides to establish a no-fly zone for Greek military aircrafts beyond the 41st parallel, to prevent more deliveries of arms to Serbia.
NATO is concerned about arm shipments by road, and asks Macedonia to allow a contingent of 2000 NATO soldiers to inspect inbound Greek shipments. Bulgaria, being a NATO member, spontaneously increases border security.

America makes a lightning strike, moving over 12 brigades of troops from Kosovo into Serbia, overwhelming defenses and capturing Sopocani and Zica. 3 brigade are left at each, while the other 6 move forwards towards the capital. Also, 2 Marine Air-Ground Task Forces are air lifted via the new Osprey technology, and quickly seize the Morava Valley. Thus far their intention is to cut off armored transportation and deprive Greece of a straight shot at Western europe. Four Squadrons of F-22 Raptors are transported to Soppocani, where they take turns patrolling 2nd Allied territory in South Siberia.

At the Same time, the special ops team previously inserted in russia turns up in Moscow, assassinating Putin and attempting to assassinate Yuri Baluyevsky. Unfortunately, the 4 man team was killed in the second assassination attempt.

NATO fighter squadrons previously based in Italy, Hungary, Croatia, and Bulgaria are called into action for round-the-clock bombing of key Serbian military facilities, and infrastructures. Primary targets are power SAM and radar sites, power stations, bridges, and railines. Most of the bridges along the Danube are hit, effectively slowing down Serbian military movements.

Serbian air force easily crumbles under pressure from NATO bombardment. Both Britain and France send their respective Expeditionary Force to Kosovo via Montenegro, numbering 24000, and backed by tanks, artillery, and CAS. The British and French forces will operate under US command.
The NATO flotilla is moved into the Black Sea to engage Russia's Black Sea Fleet. The US Meditteranean Fleet is asked to follow suit. This to divert Russian attention away from events in Serbia.

2nd Allied forces enter Black Sea, but stop short of confronting the Russian Black Sea Fleet. Gas shortages cause public outrage in some of the NATO countries. NATO assures Russia that it will not attack Russian forces, and promises to use its leverage with the US to seek a peaceful end to the conflict. One aspect we forgot to enter is that the Us is still bogged down in Iraq and Iran and Turkey has joined in with the US. in securing NOrthern Iraqi Kurds are clamoring for independence. Greece has tilted towards the serbian russian alliance and sees that its archrival Turkey is being tide down in northern iraq and Iran. Greece declares its alligiance to its historic ally Serbia and begins to move in troops towards the border with Kosovo

Russia Greece and Serbia formally announce an alliance and the Greek navy is heading towards the Bosporous in order to help secure the straits for the Russian navy to come through into the Mediterranean, Turkey is incapable of defending its western flank and requests additional help

America send NATO a message that they will be moving their flotilla of CSG-8 and CSG-11, designated Allied Flotila 2, into the Baltic Sea, to combat the Russian Naval forces expected to be deploying. Allied Flotilla 3, comprised of CSG-2 and CSG-6, into the Barents Sea to engage forces in Severomorsk.

The MEU from Okinawa explodes into action near Vladivostok, attempting to engage the naval base there on the ground.


American forces proceed up the Morava Valley, suffering heavy casualties from Serbian guerilla forces, and IDE ambushes. When they reach Belgrade, they are under staffed, with just 4 of the 6 original brigades in any condition to mount an offensive. The 2 MEU's deployed in the Morava valley are air lifted to assault Belgrade with the 5th Allied army, as the ground troops approaching Belgrade are designated.

Unfortuntely, the MEU's take approximately 23% casualties from hidden Serbian SAM sites.

They land and promptly reinforce the 5th AA, beginning to assault the heavy Serbian fortification and insurgents.
