What kind of mask is it, do you have the nomenclature for it.I just inherited a gas mask from my grandfather. i got replacements for the filters but i don't know how to replace the filters in the mask. i was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
p.s it came with no instructions and cant find anything anywhere.
You need to remove them from with in the protective mask, they just pop in so do not be afraid to give them a extra tug. If you are not going to be using it for a chemical environment, (I hope not:unknown ) then I would recommend you leave the old ones in and do not remove the new ones from the sealed bag.Its a M-17 I need to change the porkchop filters does anyone know how?
If you don't mind me asking... what exactly are you going to do with the mask, that you need it in working condition?O i am not going to be doing anything but it doesnt seem to be working when i put it on like the filters may be clogged. I just want it in a working condition. thats all thanks.
True ... well I am not an expert on gas mask. Hope someone here can really help you.nothing I just want it working is that to much to ask I not going to do anything with it. A working gas mask is a lot cooler then a broken one.
