Hi - This looks like a great place. I'm an arm chair defence analyst [too bad I didnt have the qualifications to take it up as a profession]basically interested in military tactics and strategy and political implications. Other interests include WW2

Hi, I'm Adam, I'm a Pro-photograghy student in Christchurch, NewZealand..I've been a bit of a war nut since i was 8..much to the annoyance of past girlfriends...Heh heh...I have a strong interest in aviation photography and have a decent archive of civil, military and warbird photo's if anyones interested. i am haitham elassal i live in egypt i am 19 years old , i wanted to be a fighter in the airforce but i went college (communication engineering), my hoppy was first to collect pics for fighters operates in egypt then i wanted to know the abilites for those fighters and so on untill i got curious about all weapons so now i have plenty of information about military balance and weapons in arabic region but i have little information about rest of world except usa so i am going to share my information and learn from you too

Hi everyone. I'm a new member here and my name is Ron I spent over 17 years in the Aussie Army (Signal Corps) and the next 16 or so years working on Defence communication projects as a civvie. Then I decided to retire but after a couple of years I was so bored of putting things off til tomorrow that I decided to go back to work. I'm now working for Defence but this time as a contractor. Can't seem to keep away from the place.
