I too examine that JORN found Stealth planes over Baghdad, but of which seemed unlikely if you ask me too. Maritime surveillance is among the primary functions of JORN gift, whatever individuals articles may say. Best wishes.

I'm not sure how you could examine it as there is nothing in the public domain....

and your comment about it being unlikely ignores all the consistent commentary about OTHR and ionospheric systems that have regularly detected artifacts in locations way outside the publicly declared ranges. - and I'm talking about all ionospheric bouncers.

OTHR systems are classic 2D trackers - and that's not just a maritime capability.
