Effectiveness is important.usually effectiveness can be achieved by poor looking design. but what i personally believe is that, hypothetically speaking if you have a Mig 21 that can achieve the same as an F-16, then alot would perfer teh Mig. well i wouldn't, i would still perfer an F-16, simply because the F-16 is a pritty intimidating looking machine, a Mig can only show its effectiveness by actually doing something, while an F-16 can possibly scare the enemy. therefore intimidation can be a deterrent, by my understanding.P.A.F said:
