The 494th Fighter Squadron (494th FS), nicknamed the Panthers, is part of the 48th Fighter Wing (48FW) at RAF Lakenheath in the United Kingdom. The unit is operating the McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle. In this video the Strike Eagles are operating under bad weather conditions. One of the Eagles lined up close to the fence. Remarkable is that one of the engines is re-started during its final check. The Strike Eagles of the Panthers are recognizable by their red tail bands.

They go through the Mach Loop quite often.
