Yes, this appears to be from the Moscow airshow/flypast/parade from a few years back and it does seem to have been rotated.

Have a look at this video from 2020.
The posted 'scary video' is indeed clearly manipulated. Obviously taken from a recent flypast/parade above Moskva.

Not good if this has happened, not sure if they are talking about buildings around the facility and no mention I could see of the integrity of the actual reactors themselves !!

Edit: Although it does say no change detected in background levels for now at least, lets hope, this is the largest nuclear facility in Europe, would be an absolute disaster !!

I'm not sure how smart it is to have a battle at a nuclear plant, but that's what is going on at Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.. Now, I'm no nuclear expert, but that... doesn't sound very safe to me.

Some footage of a firefight within the plant.

Live Feed, occasionally seeing shots and bmp move within the plant.

It appears the reactor itself has not been damaged, as of latest reports, and the fire confined to generating unit(s) and surrounding buildings. More:

If a former 4 star commander in NATO can say it, perhaps it's not a crazy idea after all:

Former commander in NATO suggests a no fly zone, and says it's on the low end of what can be done for Ukraine, and not out of the norm.
As for nukes, he says it's much more about Putin being a wildcard and inventing imaginary red lines than NATO's actions.
Wesley Clark is uh to put it mildly not a serious person.

My German isn't great. Can you please translate?
Not really, because I don't speak German at all. But running it through Google Translate tells me that hundreds of rockets (reportedly SAMs) were not operational because they were stored in rotten crates.

Germany, not maintaining military equipment well? I'm shocked, shocked I tell you.

How many of their armor and helo fleets were operational last time it made the news?

The North.

Ukrainian fighters firing at allegedly Russian vehicles.

More footage of the damaged fuel storage at Chernigov.

The police building in Chernigov got hit with a missile strike, time unknown.

Air patrols of the Bryansk-Chernigov road. This mimics Russian operations in Syria and improves the chances of catching some of the smaller Ukrainian groups that are operating against Russian supply lines.

Kharkov-Sumy.

Allegedly Ukrainian arty hit residential areas in Kharkov.

Battle damage in Kharkov.

Battle damage in Kharkov, the abandoned factory, where apparently Ukrainian fighters were hit.

Ukrainian troops in Kharkov are setting up tripwires to explosives around residential buildings in Kharkov.

Korotich airfield hit near Kharkov, destroying an Osa SAM.

Ukrainian ZU-23-2s on the roofs of houses in Kharkov.

Russian troops delivering humanitarian aid in Kharkov area. It remains to be seen whether this hearts and minds campaign yields any results.

Zaporozhye-Dnepropetrovsk.

Night time fighting around Energodar.

Fighting at the Zaporozhskaya NPP. There were earlier reports that Russia took it, it appears they were untrue. There are reports that one of the administrative structures is on fire. Allegedly the fire is localized but has not been put out.

Russian troops near Energodar.

Ka-52s in Zaporozhye area.

Streets of Melitopol', under Russian occupation. Stores are re-opening, plenty of looters are getting caught.

The West.

Military storehouses near Zhitomyr are burning.

Ukrainian draft-age males attempted to hide in Bukovina, and another group attempted to flee across the Dnestr into Moldavia.

Looter caught in L'vov.

Misc.

A Javelin captured, not clear if rebels or regulars.

Apparently the Russian military will pay out 7.4 mln roubles to the families of KIAs, and 3 mln roubles to WIAs. It's not that impressive at current exchange rates, but inside Russia the first number will get you a good size apartment free and clear in a major city, and the second gets you either a small apartment or a downpayment on something large. Of course Moscow and St. Peterburg excluded.

A Ukrainian Varta armored car in the hands of Russian National Guard.

Russian T-72A, not even AV, spotted in Ukraine, with added K-1 tiles, and bags of dirt.

Another example of a fake where a Z is added to the back of a destroyed BMP.

Javelins are too short range to be really much use against ships; also, ATGMs just aren't going to have enough of a warhead to really bother ships. And you're going to quickly start drawing massive retaliatory fires (down to small-caliber weapons, actually).

Landing craft? Yes! But not ships.
Javelins are desinged to penetrate over 100mm of armour. Fired into fuel, engine or ammo department on a ship will cause problems if in range… big problems… But I was mainly referring to as they come ashore or at dock.

Javelin is itself an ATGM, using an 8.4kg HEAT warhead, which means it can be very effective vs. armoured vehicles, but not so much against ships, and even some of the larger landing craft would likely not be greatly effected though there would be some impact. While a landing craft or even a ship could be in serious trouble if a HEAT round managed to impact a magazine, engine compartment, or fuel tank, the chances of that happening are IMO fairly unlikely unless the Javelin operator was already aboard the vessel. This is in part due to how a HEAT warhead works, and is able to punch through armour, and partially due to how vessels, warships in particular, are designed and built. A HEAT warhead striking the hull or superstructure of a ship is going to punch through what it impacts, and likely damage or destroy the compartment which was immediately adjacent to the point of impact. However, I suspect a HEAT warhead would have difficulty in effectively damaging a critical system if there were several compartments between the point of impact and the critical system. Now if the critical system was in a compartment which was below the waterline, a HEAT warhead would do SFA because the shaped-charge would have no way to get it's energy into an area where it would be effective. AFAIK in warship design, things like fuel bunkerage and magazines are often below the waterline to provide some protection from damage. Engine compartments I believe would have at least some of the space below the waterline too since it needs to be able to drive the shaft(s).

To improve effectiveness vs. shipping/smallcraft, the AGM-114N Hellfire uses a metal-augmented charge rather than the shaped charge of a HEAT warhead.

Western Media too focus on places like Kyiv and Kharkiv. They seems forgot Russia consolidating South, East, and aim everything East of Dnieper.
The real battle is the encirclement of the Donetsk-Gorlovka forces in on the LDNR front. They've already cut off and encircled two smaller groupings at Mariupol' and Volnovakha. If they close from Izyum to Zaporozhye-Dnepropetrovsk area, there will be a pocket that dwarfs Debatl'tsevo or Ilovaysk.

Not the most ideal weapon to be used against ships no doubt but for a lack of anything else Javelin does have the potential to cause a ship much damage, especially if it impacts the bridge or other areas. A Javelin impacting from above would cause significant.danage. The ship might not be sunk of course but would suffer damage which would affect its ability to function.

The Philippines navy operates Spike for the short range anti ship role. There was also the famous incident when Royal Marines at South Georgia hit an Argie ship with a Carl Gustav.

8 decades after the end of WW2 who would have thought we'd again see encirclements and pockets in the Ukraine, as well as fighting in the Don basin, Kharkov, Kiev, Kherson-Cherkassy and other areas.
On the contrary, peace was always the outlier! I kid, I kid, sort of.
