anyone know what is the required runway length for a f16/18 fully/half loaded, around sea level both winter and summer months that would be required.

what on average is the "extra" distance for take off on half loaded to fully loaded.

For the F-18E (and all other aircraft), it depends on gross weight and air density.

Whatever the distance required at one weight, multiplied by that weight and divided by the weight of interest. That's assuming the engine output power stays the same.
