Pakistan Test-Fires Nuclear Capable Missile

^you think they took some surfaces and stuck them on the side of cruise missile / uav?

As an aside I was discussing with some Indian friends yesterday whether Pakistan or India would win a nuclear war. One thought that Pakistan would destroy Delih and Mumbai in the first strike by Pakistan, but that Pakistan being a small state would be obliterated in the second strike by India. Another felt Pakistan would win because he thinks it has far more nuclear warheads.

lol no I don't think they took the pieces off and slapped them on but that would be quite a site to see. "Look at our glorious new stealth missile".
I was wondering how much getting half of that bird would boost RnD into a stealth missile. I'm sure the Pakistanis could figure it out themselves but the timing might indicate they got a boost.

What I'd be concerned about is if there were a mysterious nuclear detonation in an Indian city. It could very well be terrorism, but because of this new Pakistani capability the Indian nuclear forces would have to consider whether it was a Pakistani attack.

^I was reading how a nuclear blast at ground level could be far more devastating than an air burst, as in an air burst the fall out is dispersed, but a ground explosion will leave it there for generations. That's my fear with Pakistan as well, it is a bizarre mix of military rule, political corruption and various war lords / Muslim extremists. A truck or boat in an Indian city could be devastating. IMO India would have to assume its Pakistan, there would be nuclear war.

Yeah I was sort of joking on that cruise missile, but I'd be surprised if they could reverse engineer the technology so fast. I think its pretty easy to claim stealth, a lot harder to prove.
