Why the USAF will fail

The F-22 Raptor, a marvel in military aviation. But death awaits it. The truth is, only 187 F-22s will be produced, and this is obviously not good enough to take on the airforces of Russia and China.
In 1987, the USAF expected to aquire 748 Raptors. Ten years later, it changed to 339 Raptors. And now the number's fixed at 187.
One day the USAF will attack China with their 187 F-22 Raptors and 21 B-2 Spirits, only to have 187 very dead Raptors with no Spirits coming back.

The USAF's primary fighter in the future will be the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. The reality is that it's an epic failure. It will be hopefulessly outclassed by the PAK FA and J-20 5th generation fighters. The USA claims that the F-35 will outnumber Russia and China.
Well, at first the USAF was going to get 2800 F-35s, now its changed to 2443, and later it could get as low as 1500.

So USAF better build more Raptors or they will fail.

I'm really not quite sure to make of such an opinion.
In all seriousness - is it possible that a propaganda arm of certain militaries employs people to post this sort of thing?
Or am I over-analysing these suggestions. Perhaps just a post designed to get a reaction?

USAF as of right now is the strongest Air Force in the world so I dont know how you say their going to Fail..


To be honest there's only 2 players in the world that make consistent good aircraft in terms of fighters, bombers and attack helicopters and thats US&Russia...

and its been like that for the past 50 years and doesn't look like its going to change anytime soon.

Sure you got other countries that make planes but their not consistent at it or they do it in an extremely limited numbers.

The best one thats not US or Russia made is the UK Eurofighter...but they had to team up with 3 or 4 other countries to make it and its only 1 of 2 fighters in their air force and to be honest i think the EF is the only one worth putting up a fight...


China Air Force is pretty massive but a lot of their planes are Suikoi or Mig remakes..

Same thing with Japan and f-15 remakes...


Point im trying to make out of all this is the USAF will not fail anytime soon because only reason the f-22 numbers have gone down is because theres no money and an f-22 is expensive to maintain

is the TU-160 a stolen design? or the Su-35...or the KA-52??


or the PAK-FA...thats gota be a stolen design that took no time to research right?

well the Tu-160 does look a lot like the B-1 Lancer except it is larger than the Spirit. Also the Tu-2 was almost a direct copy of America's B-29. it's not that unheard of for a nation's military to copy a successful design.

ya russia did copy desings but not since the early 70's

this guy is trying to say everything they put out is a copy or stolen something. thats a stupid statement

You're coming perilously close to trolling with this insistence that Russia is stealing designs from the US so they can sell them off to the highest bidder. My advice is to start providing some evidence (particularly for that Flanker = Eagle clone claim, that's quite a cracker) or take it down a notch. If you don't do either of these things you're liable to have a short stay here. Understood?
