Dear All.

December 4, 2005 my beloved daughter Annie from Sweden was found dead in Prestwick, Scotland. Ever since that day our family has tried to find out what happened to her, and due to the very strange circumstances that has come to light, we believe that Annie was the victim of a crime.

However the Strathclyde Police refuses to investigate Annie’s death as being the result of a crime. During this time we have also got to know of many other families treated in the same way by the Police. I now have handed in a petition to make a change for all of us.

This year a new unit has been created by Crown Office to look into current and future sudden and unexplained deaths. I therefore in my petition ask that the new unit shall also investigate past cases like my daughter’s and other’s.

Therefore to help all our families to get the answers about our loved ones, please sign the petition "Investigation of deaths in suspicious circumstances"! Use the link; The Scottish Parliament e-Petitions: View/Sign Petition

For further information about Annie´s case please see our web-site for Annie; www.annierockstar.com

Thank you for your compassion and help! Guje Borgesson, Annie’s mother.

Dear All.

Just letting you know I read the website to see if I could help in anyway. Will pass it on to anyone I know in Scotland. I do hope you find resolution. I recently lost a close mate of mine who washed up dead on a beach in Turkey. It was never established what happened to him by Police there either.

Wish you all the best.

Dear "Lancasterbomber".

I am so sorry for your lost, such a tragedy, After what happened to my daughter I often wonder how many more of all these so called drownings by accident or suicides, actually are cover ups for murder. Its is such an awful situation for all us families and friends that we are refused proper investigations into our loved ones deaths, and it seams to be so very common all over the world.

Thank you for signing and for helping the way you do, kind regards, Guje,

Ps. Also feel free to make comments to the petition at the page for signing under "join the discussion".

Dear Guje,

Your situation is horrible. As an expatriate British citizen I will definitely sign your petition from far away New Zealand. You have my deepest sympathy.

I have experienced the same cover up and lies in New Zealand over violence against my son when he was just a baby in nappies. Police and Child Welfare agency here (CYFS) lied to our Courts that there was no evidence and falsely assured the courts that I was just a vexatious troublemaker, simply to protect the social workers from the consequences of their inept handling of the case. Even worse when I finally obtained files proving that Police and CYFS had obtained admissions our Family Court then rejected the evidence as did three layers of courts above. I am very familiar with Government corruption in law enforcement.

If your experience is anything like mine they expend more effort trying to discredit the parents than they do trying to investigate the crime. They abuse their authority to silence your criticism.

As a fellow victim of an injustice system I wish you well and that someday you will obtain you justice. I also want you to remember to live your life too as you maustn't let it swallow you up.

Cheers

PS apologies, after posting I see thast I mised the cut off for signing this petition. Please come back Guje and let us know what the result was as your situation is of concern.
