6 Russian planes were actually lost (Russian officials admit to 4) with iirc 2 lost in friendly fire incidents. The Georgians mainly used Buk-M1 SAMs imported from Ukraine. They also had iirc Strela and Igla MANPADS, ZU-23-4, SA-8 OSA, and iirc some Polish Grom missiles.

Any Israeli weapons?

They had some SPYDER SAMs. But they didn't play a notable role. Neither did the ZU-23-4s. Iirc the Osa's saw some action, the Buks did the most, granted that they're the division-level SAMs with a considerable engagement range.. I'm sure MANPADS were used, but I don't have any confirmation.
