Battleship defense question.

I remember seeing a ship use some kind of hovering rocket that hovers next to the ship and I think its purpose is to be a decoy for incoming missiles. It makes loud exhaust sounds while hovering. Can someone give me the name of this or a link to the videos or images, thanks.

got to watch Nulka fire this week, very cool system. Rather have it as close in defence then many other "safe" defenders around
