This comes back to the point that i made before. One of its goal is to restrict the spread of missile technology over 300 km in the world. Sanctions are placed on companies or countries who violated the MTCR guidelines whether they are MTCR partners or not.MTCR partner countries are keen to encourage all countries to observe the MTCR Guidelines on transfers of missiles and related technology.....
