I'm a USAF VN era vet with an ongoing interest in military forces and weaponry. I'm retired from work and my interests as an avid gun and knife accumulator. I'll likely be more of a lurker as I have been for many moons - can't even remember how long ago I found this forum - perhaps from a Free Republic topic.
This is a very interesting site and I appreciate the varied posts and surprising levels of multi-country experience and knowledge.

I am some kind of individual military researcher and newspaperman from Serbia - I have been special forces, work for army industry (designing guns), aircraft industry etc... I love to read any to listen other peoples analysis - I am by my own kind of analyst also.
I am founder and administrator of armyinfoforum.org forum which main target was military and its achievements.
On AIF (ArmyInfoForum) I quite pay attention to area of new Middle East and happenings there - I already have something to add to discussion about defencetalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4093 Iran because I saw that information is missing. Maybe for the beginning will be hard to write all in English, but who knows

I'm a 27 year old former United States Marine ( Honorably Discharged) and life-long military enthusiast. I achieved an over-all score of 84 on the ASVAB and consider myself to be fairly intelligent. I'm glad I stummbled apon this site.
This is one of the best Military sites I have ever been to and the only one I've joined.
There is a wealth of info. here.
I would like to say "Thank You" to the creators.

13 years U.S. Army, Air Transport Pilot and Artillery and Nuclear Weapons Tech. Live in Victorville Ca in Mojave Desert. Work for a major Defense Contractor. I have over 12000 hours in the Air in Many different Aircraft from C-150's to DC-10's, F-86's, F-100's, A-4's,A-7's, T-28's, t-38's, P-51's and Corsairs.
