Unpopular (?) opinion: Ukraine strikes any and all Russian trucks without any differentiation and claims them to be something else, while in reality absolute majority of these are purely civilian logistics. It follows that there is little to no effect at the frontline now or will be in the future.
In that ^ particular case, it looks nothing like a fuel burn. Probably because it isn’t.
