Doesnt Turkey already have nuclear weapons as part of NATO strategy of allocating nuclear weapons to member states primarily from US and UK stocks, however with the launch code clearance to be secured from the orgin stateI'm surprised not to see either Egypt or Algeria suggested yet.
Both of these countries, unlike those on the Arabian Peninsular, have the infrastructure and knowledge base to initiate fuel cycle development.
