in this section, North Korean missiles were already declared/questioned as fake. If the pictured is or is not, I don't know. One can see it during parades in Pyoengyang.

This picture was from the April 2017 parade to celebrate 105th anniversary of the birth of Kim Il-sung. It is rather a moot point whether real/fake/early prototype. They have demonstrated ICBM capabilities.
