Hi All,

My name is Josh, and I am 24 years old. I am just a military enthusiast. My day job is being a currency trader for a large investment bank. So sometimes I may get on rants of how military can be influenced by economics. I hope to not get too off topic though, so this is an apology in advance! :) I've been reading posts here for some time and have learned so much, and am absolutely astonished by everyone's knowledge! Thanks to everyone who have already taught me much, and I hope I can offer another perspective to everyone here! Good Day!

Hi,
I'm Jason Gardiner 34 years old, hoping to join the Royal Australian Navy as a stores / logistics rating.
Just getting a few health problems fixed up before I take the big step.
My only defense experience is being in the navy cadets back in 1988 (TS Voyager) and I had a grandfather who served aboard the HMAS Nizam, Napier, Nestor & Australia during ww2.
I also love 3D modeling & computer graphics.

my name is Bruce Miller.i am retired/disabled.spent 4yrs in army airborne.then 30+yrs in c-stores.my main intrest is in military models,right now working on a pair of Chinese DD/DDMG.i posted on the model site.

1st post, just found the interesting discussion about the Super Hornets. I'm ex-RASIGS and work for a Defence Contractor in Brisbane (not hard to guess which one). Land Systems being the focus at the moment.

interested in the Military in general, navy and air force stuff too. I'm a
model builder (rubber powered, balsa and tissue). I live in Va. Beach, Va.
and I hope to be a productive member of this forum. My main hobby is
Japanese maples, I grow them from seed (generic) and am learning to graft

I have a thirst for defence related issues.I have never served in the defence forces but think the men and women who do serve are the true heroes of our nation.I truley look forward to listning to the topics and will try to put some limited feedback on issues(as best i can)

I worked as an design engineer in the airspace industry for 20 years.
I am still in the airspace industry and I am interested in aircraft industry history and in current business development world wide.
My hobbies:
old cars restauration and history, I own a Peugeot 203 sedan 1955 Model
weapons history, I own an Enfield Snider Mousquet 1858 Model, built for the British Indian Army
