Dont believe so. ERA and passive armor are improving at even greater rate. 105mm is simply too small. Even 125mm ATGM's believed to be too small for reliable frontal penetration.T-90 hull armor is equivelant to 800 - 900 mm of armor.
And I think that the technology is there for a 105mm diameter Tandem projectile to give satisfactory performance.
