Good luck on that.

Let them think what they want.
Dear Exported Kiwi,
I agree with gf0012-aust that they will not listen to you.
On the other hand, I understand your frustration and I note that a number of DT forum members have provided excellent ideas.
If you must come up with a reply, do consider the ability of US, Nato standard forces:
1. To integrate combined arms operations with true ability for inter-service operations including the integration of precise strikes into tactics and force structure, such as the upgrade of the "sniper' targeting pods
2. To utilize their technological superiority in many critical areas of weaponry, such as AESA radar for BVR attacks by air across the current range of aircraft (F22, F15, F16, F18 & B1 and so on) and navy fleet and the ability to maintain a high tempo of operations
3. To conduct information warfare with real time integration of command, control, communications, and intelligence (C4I), battle management, targeting and battle damage assessment with the use of AWACS, UAVs and space based systems
4. To conduct sustained, focused and strategic interdiction bombing to expand the battlefield, via the employment of deep strike targeting technologies and precision strike systems
5. To employ deception in combined arms operations, coupled with strategic and tactical innovation via higher entry and career standards of skilled professional NCOs including the existence of advance leadership courses and simulators for training
