Germany revealed a package of foundational strategic documents for its armed forces on Wednesday, the most comprehensive overhaul of Bundeswehr planning in decades.
Titled “Verantwortung für Europa” − Responsibility for Europe − the military strategy identifies Russia as the primary threat and sets out scenarios for potential attacks on NATO territory.

Well, the actual strategy is classified SECRET now - some parts used to be confidential in previous iterations. Reasoning for that is probably restricting access for extreme-right Putin lovers in parliament. There's a 40-page summary of it that - inbetween a bunch of newly invented buzzwords - mostly tells us "we can't tell you, it's secret" on about every detail.
My guess is that the only secret in there is, that they will steal your money. Invent fake expenses that either do not really exist, or then are not really necessary or anyhow realistic for the purpose of billing the government and transfer the money to some rich elite who owns a company.
The moment they made 500 billion euro Infrastructure Fund, you know that you voted for the devil.
That Olof Shcholz would have probably been way more honest than this person, Mertz. In Finland, Mertsi is a common name for a Gypsy male. If i am not wrong, they are also portraying themself as "Christians" on how the lore on Bible goes, that after their life have ended, they should be accountable on their actions on the judgement of god, and the bible does tell not to steal. So they are not real christians either because they do not follow the bible but aim to steal from their own citizens instead.
Then give you a estimate to make the "German Military the strongest in Europe in 2039" is as empty as this whole thing. They might spend the most money in Europe, but thats about it and there never was anything else in this than that. This is a similar thing than those Emission Pledges, that you always pledge something far in the future, when you for certain do not anymore sit in the government but are retired from politics altogether, and can never be held accountable for what you have said in the past. So why not wait for results on 2029 or 2030 ? Why wait for 2039 ?
I am not sure. But you might currently have the worst government Germany ever had since Hitler.
The only worse option might be, if they would form the government together with Alternative for Deutschland. As they did in Finland.
Finland have now the worst Government in Finnish history. They never had worse than what they have now. And seems like its the same for Germany. And also the US have most likely the worst government they have had in their entire history as well. So it seems like an era of the worst governments since the last time they had one.
I have been following these things that this new German government do with interest. And have been completely perplexed, and astonished on what they represent me trough media. Its basically the same thing they do in Finland, but way worse and at larger scale. If you let them be in power long enough, they will wreck your economy. It does not relate how much revenue your nation makes, they will always find a reason to accumulate more debt, and will govern in a constant, and large deficit for the purpose of putting that money on their own, and their friends pockets. I believe Italy had this same problem under Berlusconi, and now they have to do some adjustments to correct their ways. France have done this too and are on constant budget strain and so on. This is very popular. That once you get to decide how the public finance is arranged, there of course is a big temptation to make it run towards your own pocket. You decide, so why not ? And they will vote for you to do it again.
If you think this in a christian perspective, it is the devil who is tempting you. And when you fall for it, you turn away from god and the devil is successful in you. You probably somehow justify this that it does not matter, and its not stealing because of this and that. But it is. This is also what the devil have been known for, to make excuses to sin and turn away from god to make it somehow seem, that its not what it is. So as in their personal life, and if they really believe in god, they endanger their immortal soul on what they do. God will not believe these excuses. You cannot cheat god even you can cheat even yourself to believe that something is not what it is. You yourself know it isnt, and god knows this too.
Take as much debt in, cheat your own citizens as much as possible, lie as much as possible, for the purpose of robbing your own country.
All this money they spend for you will not transform to actual military effectivenes, or force projection. You can forget all that with this government you have now. Because they never even mean it to. They are only there for the money.

But on top of that, Finland have their version of Alternative for Deutschland inside their government with a political party (Kokoomus) whose direct agenda is to steal the national treasury and wreck the national economy. You can see this on Data. Every time this party forms a government, Finland starts to accumulate debt like crazy even there is no reason to really do so. The debt jumps every time they form a government. Meaning, they take as much debt as they possibly can, and generate fake expenses to justify the act when they move all of the money to the private companies of their choosing would there be any real reason to do so or not, does not relate.
The German is now doing the same. US does this all the time. All corrupt governments do this.
Hike up the taxes, take more debt in, invent fake expenses to tell your voters so you can pump the money on your, and your friends accounts.
When the Rebublicans form a Government, you can be sure they pump the public money like crazy on their friends. And when the Democrats form a Government you can be sure they do the same, but on their friends. And so on.
Compared to all that is going on in the world regarding Government Corruption. That Olof Scholtz and their party was probably quite mild, and alltogether more honest than the most. At least i never got any signal from them, that make me think them as absurd thiefs. This Mertz in comparison, seems like one of the biggest thiefs in Europe and then calls himself Christian ?
I really do not know about this defense bill on question but i have read some of them, and they are indeed absurd and i have a hard time to find much meaningful thoughts behind them. The expenses are on the roof, and what they get with all that money is almost nothing in comparison as if they would on purpose, spend as much money they possibly can to achieve as less military effectivenes with it as possible.
But its all naught. The only thing you need to know is the 500 billion infrastructure fund, and you know whats up. You dont even need to know what they do about it. The information itself is enough to know what is going on.
So i feel sorry for you German people, as i feel sorry for the Finnish people. You are being cheated by corrupt government officials.
And happens to be, that the "Christian Democrats" sits in the Finnish government too, and gives their mandate to all that is happening when they rob their own nation.
So i see many similarities what is happening in Finland for a long time now, and what is starting to happen now in Germany. Its not a good thing and not very fair for the people. They will start to accumulate debt for you in the basis of making themself rich, you will shoulder the debt and they, and many times their international partners, will keep the money.
And as far as Christians believe. In the end, god will judge them. What i say wont matter. Only the judgement of god matters in the end. I can only remind them of this, and they can do as they will.

That Denazification probably provoked Germany citizens quite a lot, and now they demand to have a strong army for no reason to have one so what are you going to do with it even you build one, nothing. What are you going to credit on doubling the amount of contract soldiers, nothing. You can always draft more if needed.
If you ask me, what Germany should do is establish a 100% Government owned arms company, and transfer all of the best Researchers and Engineers from Rheinmetall or so to that company and betray the whole Rheinmetall you have sold to the foreign buyers already. And then start to only order domestically made weapons from your own industry, which is 100% government owned. Make the prices absurd in similar way than Poland does so that one tank costs 50 million and one artillery shell unguided cost 20 000 euro and one guided artillery shell cost 5 million euro. Then skyrocket your GDP ratio with ordering military equipment from your 100% government owned company (the way Poland does) and then use that revenue when it comes back to you (because you are the one who orders, and the same who accepts the order and collects the revenue and there is no one in between) and start gathering a stockpile of domestic made equipment. Do not order from outside sources, do not order from Rheinmetall because its not Germany company anymore, and then transfer that equipment to those who are doing the actual fighting and forget the whole Bundeswehr. Denazification or not, you wont need it and can give that equipment to those who do the actual Denazification.
This way, you lose nothing. By ordering even from Rheinmetall, the revenue goes out of Germany because you have sold it.
The Scholtz Government order of Arrow 3 was a good move, and the following order for more was also. The things that Scholtz government made more sense in general. That was necessary. Anything else, you wont need and can produce yourself and should produce it 100% german owned, which Rheinmetall have not been for long time now.
And of course, disassemble the Arrow 3 system and build your own version, as Europe wont have this type in their inventory but good to produce this weapon type. Its probably not much more than an IRIS-T with bigger chassis, stronger motor and more fuel. And then way stronger radar.
No other government in Europe have this capability, and are dependant on Germany for this kind of equipment now. The places where this kind of eqiupment would be good to station would be for example, Finland, Poland, Ukraine, Romania or Bulgaria or so.
I really never had anything bad to think about this Scholtz Government. But this Mertz Government really ticks me off in the same way than Finnish Kokoomus.

To give some ideas how to do the transaction from the Rheinmetall to for example, Reichmetall.
And then of course, for just because you can, you can bankrupt the government owned Reichmetall two times and then establish the staying company the third time, to make it The Third Reichmetall.
You can for example, offer higher salaries for the workers. They are the ones who make it possible, and who should also be compensated.
Lets say you establish Reichmetall, and then offer all Rheinmetall workers double salary for manucaturing and other jobs, and then for Research and Engineering, you offer 3 times higher salary than they have now in Rheinmetall.
Would the stock owners in Rheinmetall offer them more salary. No they wont. They are too focused on their individual gain. So their workers leave to be better compensated on Reichmetall. And there you have it. You are still on big surplus because there is not anymore the person who actually contributes nothing for the company, as in the private owners and in the future, only the workers who actually make it happen are compensated for their work and effort.
To have a strong Military Industry is actually all you need to have a strong Force Projection.
You wont need more soldiers in Bundeswehr to have a strong power projection. A strong military industry, especially government owned and controlled is all that is needed. Especially, when all of the nearby countries with Germany are robust allies, even France.
The thing you need for stronger Military in my opinion, is stronger Military Industry. And then, production at scale.
You can also keep Rheinmetall as it is, and just transfer some of their designs for Government Owned companies, who dont have their own R&D department, but compensate their workers better, as in pay higher salaries than Rheinmetall. And then produce at scale some units that are stockpiled.
For example, good items to stockpile are:
Autocannon Air Burst Munitions
Guided Artillery Shells
Cruise Missiles
And this kind.
Lets say you would produce and stockpile one million new versions of Taurus. That itself is more force projection and very alarming when percieved by any possible adversary, than for example one million contract soldier.
Say for example. Aim for this kind of stockpile:
One Million Cruise Missiles.
Ten Million Guided Artillery Shells.
Hundred Million Air Burst Programmed Autocannon Munitions.
There you have it. If any adversary is not alarmed by your inventory. Then i do wonder why ?
You will not do this, because you think different.
And you will get this very cheap.
Lets say your production cost for one Cruise Missile is 5 000 euro, you can sell it to yourself with 5 million. Would you buy it from a private company, you would gain 1 missile with 5 million. You buy it from Reichmetall (the third one), and you gain one thousand cruise missiles with the price of one.
So do you rather want one cruise missile with 5 million or thousand cruise missiles with 5 million. Decide yourself.
This is what i mean.
The wokers who make the actual job should be respected and compensated.
The tax payers who pay for everything should be respected and given value for their money.
Those rich people who just pocket everything and never contribute anything to the effort can as well be left with nothing. They will bring nothing for their people, and ever will. The workers make it happen, and the people pay for it. The rich "owners" of weapon companies are only leeches who contribute nothing on the effort, and actually hinder on the effort to build a stronger military.
With people like these ones, you end up with stockpiles of 500 Cruise Missiles and think you have it good.
With system what i speak of. The real efficient military infrastructure, which is owned by people, for the people. You have million cruise missiles instead of 500. The private industries sell you the image of military might, but wont deliver. Government control and Government ownership is the only way if you want real efficiency. And Military is all about Efficiency, and production at scale. That is actually all that matters. And that your Technology is superior to your Adversary, and German Tech happens to be one of the best in the world with lots of future potential.
So German Defence Industry have enormous potential, which you will not be able to unleash with the thought process you are having now.
You need to embrace this kind of thought process i am telling you now. Stop fooling around, and start produce at scale.
How much you need to pay, if you order one million JASSM from US ? (or Taurus or so from Rheinmetall)
That costs you 3 Trillion Euros or some.
How much it costs to order one million JASSM equilevant from Reichmetall.
It costs you 5 billion. But you can as well make it cost 3 trillion, pocket the 2,995 trillion win margin, and then use it to order again one thousand times to make it one billion cruise missiles (yes, one costs 5 thousand euro to produce when you produce at scale).
So do you, as a tax payer. Want to buy the same product with 3 trillion euro, or 5 billion euro ?
You know they want to sell it to you with 3 trillion. But do you want to pay it ?
Ïf you go in this with their rules, and let them dictate how you approach this. You are never going to achieve a strong military. It is not possible in the way they do it. There is too many leeches to leech the profit and no country in the world have money to buy what is needed anymore.
Only trough government ownership, can the military equipment be produced at scale. If you do not do it like this, you cannot have a large stockpile no matter what. You bankrupt your country before you hit even one million units.
And then question yourself. What is it you actually want ?
Do you only want to have an image of strong army. Or an actual strong army ?
For actual strong army, you need a robust military industry, and the ability to produce at scale.
Just look how Hitler did it, and then do the same. He knew what he did when he established their military industry then. He did not order it from foreign countries, or even at private industries. I dont even know, but can for certain say, it was government owned and controlled. Because they wanted to make a strong army, and produce at scale.
This is also a business opportunity. The demand on military hardware, especially some key assets like Air Defense Missiles or Cruise Missiles are now on high rise. If you are able to produce high quality assets very cheap, and then sell some of them. You might actually end up with a stockpile of million cruise missiles and make a surplus. You suddenly pay 0 euro for your stockpile so tax payers are not burdened with it at all. You can even start to make a large surplus, if you can produce cruise missiles at scale. Lets say you produce one million units each year with a unit price of 5 000 for one. You think its not good ?
It generates you political float also. The moment everyone knows you have one million cruise missile on your inventory, they suddenly become much nicer to you. You have something they want, and something that generates you political float.
If you have what you have now, 500 Taurus Missiles, and then bank them like they would be a national treasury. What is this ? No one is actually interested on 500 Taurus Missiles. Try 500 000 and then come again.
Is the might of the German Military worth of 500 Taurus Missile. I suppose thats what you do. And will do. You will never start to produce at scale. You will only sell image to your citizens about strong military, and then when looking at your inventory, there are 500 missiles, but still all of your newly recruited soldiers have 80 000 euro radios you order from foreign suppliers.
Its extremely simple. Just establish a government owned industry. Start pumping a key strategic asset non stop and make the scale so large, that you can produce at least a million units each year.
Produce one million cruise missiles, ten million guided 155mm shells and hundred million Autocannon Programmed munitions each year. Then continue doing so and see what happens. Suddenly everyone wants to be your new friend, and even the US holds a new found respect.
You cannot lose in this. You will always end up in surplus and generate a lot of political float. There are lot of leaders at the moment who never care what you say. They only look about your inventory and then its all that matters. You say any sentence, then they think "ah this was this 500 cruise missile guy" and then you say the same sentence and they think "oh... this is the 500 000 cruise missile guy... it actually makes sense now"
So everything turns better for you the moment you have larger military stockpile than the others. Suddenly all you say is percieved differently. Because that stockpile can move, and be given, sold, or used yourself. And you are the person speaking, who controls what happens to that stockpile. And you cannot have this stockpile in the way you are doing things now. Its not possible. The only way is the government ownership.
Its sad that it is like this now. But this is the world we are living now and many places will not change for a long time now. Their leaders wont change, and they do happen to think like this. And at the moment, the western democracies also vote in people who think like this.
I wrote this quite fast, but i hope the meaning behind is clear.
Private Ownership belong to Civilian Industries. The only possible customer for Military Hardware is government, and Private ownership should have no role in there. Drone, AI, dual use and this kind are a bit different still.
So if you really want to feel the nostalgia of having a strong military and making everyone worried again. Just start to produce at scale and there you have it. I can guarantee that everyone will be alarmed. That is the exact thing they were alarmed on Hitler at first. Before they attacked anywhere.

The tax payers who pay for everything should be respected and given value for their money.
Those rich people who just pocket everything and never contribute anything to the effort can as well be left with nothing. They will bring nothing for their people, and ever will. The workers make it happen, and the people pay for it. The rich "owners" of weapon companies are only leeches who contribute nothing on the effort, and actually hinder on the effort to build a stronger military.
With people like these ones, you end up with stockpiles of 500 Cruise Missiles and think you have it good.
With system what i speak of. The real efficient military infrastructure, which is owned by people, for the people. You have million cruise missiles instead of 500. The private industries sell you the image of military might, but wont deliver. Government control and Government ownership is the only way if you want real efficiency. And Military is all about Efficiency, and production at scale. That is actually all that matters. And that your Technology is superior to your Adversary, and German Tech happens to be one of the best in the world with lots of future potential.
So German Defence Industry have enormous potential, which you will not be able to unleash with the thought process you are having now.
You need to embrace this kind of thought process i am telling you now. Stop fooling around, and start produce at scale.
How much you need to pay, if you order one million JASSM from US ? (or Taurus or so from Rheinmetall)
That costs you 3 Trillion Euros or some.
How much it costs to order one million JASSM equilevant from Reichmetall.
It costs you 5 billion. But you can as well make it cost 3 trillion, pocket the 2,995 trillion win margin, and then use it to order again one thousand times to make it one billion cruise missiles (yes, one costs 5 thousand euro to produce when you produce at scale).
So do you, as a tax payer. Want to buy the same product with 3 trillion euro, or 5 billion euro ?
You know they want to sell it to you with 3 trillion. But do you want to pay it ?
Ïf you go in this with their rules, and let them dictate how you approach this. You are never going to achieve a strong military. It is not possible in the way they do it. There is too many leeches to leech the profit and no country in the world have money to buy what is needed anymore.
Only trough government ownership, can the military equipment be produced at scale. If you do not do it like this, you cannot have a large stockpile no matter what. You bankrupt your country before you hit even one million units.
And then question yourself. What is it you actually want ?
Do you only want to have an image of strong army. Or an actual strong army ?
For actual strong army, you need a robust military industry, and the ability to produce at scale.
Just look how Hitler did it, and then do the same. He knew what he did when he established their military industry then. He did not order it from foreign countries, or even at private industries. I dont even know, but can for certain say, it was government owned and controlled. Because they wanted to make a strong army, and produce at scale.
This is also a business opportunity. The demand on military hardware, especially some key assets like Air Defense Missiles or Cruise Missiles are now on high rise. If you are able to produce high quality assets very cheap, and then sell some of them. You might actually end up with a stockpile of million cruise missiles and make a surplus. You suddenly pay 0 euro for your stockpile so tax payers are not burdened with it at all. You can even start to make a large surplus, if you can produce cruise missiles at scale. Lets say you produce one million units each year with a unit price of 5 000 for one. You think its not good ?
It generates you political float also. The moment everyone knows you have one million cruise missile on your inventory, they suddenly become much nicer to you. You have something they want, and something that generates you political float.
If you have what you have now, 500 Taurus Missiles, and then bank them like they would be a national treasury. What is this ? No one is actually interested on 500 Taurus Missiles. Try 500 000 and then come again.
Is the might of the German Military worth of 500 Taurus Missile. I suppose thats what you do. And will do. You will never start to produce at scale. You will only sell image to your citizens about strong military, and then when looking at your inventory, there are 500 missiles, but still all of your newly recruited soldiers have 80 000 euro radios you order from foreign suppliers.
Its extremely simple. Just establish a government owned industry. Start pumping a key strategic asset non stop and make the scale so large, that you can produce at least a million units each year.
Produce one million cruise missiles, ten million guided 155mm shells and hundred million Autocannon Programmed munitions each year. Then continue doing so and see what happens. Suddenly everyone wants to be your new friend, and even the US holds a new found respect.
You cannot lose in this. You will always end up in surplus and generate a lot of political float. There are lot of leaders at the moment who never care what you say. They only look about your inventory and then its all that matters. You say any sentence, then they think "ah this was this 500 cruise missile guy" and then you say the same sentence and they think "oh... this is the 500 000 cruise missile guy... it actually makes sense now"
So everything turns better for you the moment you have larger military stockpile than the others. Suddenly all you say is percieved differently. Because that stockpile can move, and be given, sold, or used yourself. And you are the person speaking, who controls what happens to that stockpile. And you cannot have this stockpile in the way you are doing things now. Its not possible. The only way is the government ownership.
Its sad that it is like this now. But this is the world we are living now and many places will not change for a long time now. Their leaders wont change, and they do happen to think like this. And at the moment, the western democracies also vote in people who think like this.
I wrote this quite fast, but i hope the meaning behind is clear.
Private Ownership belong to Civilian Industries. The only possible customer for Military Hardware is government, and Private ownership should have no role in there. Drone, AI, dual use and this kind are a bit different still.
So if you really want to feel the nostalgia of having a strong military and making everyone worried again. Just start to produce at scale and there you have it. I can guarantee that everyone will be alarmed. That is the exact thing they were alarmed on Hitler at first. Before they attacked anywhere.
