The article describes some ways of developing existing technologies for better missile defence. An analysis of previous war games by defence personnel and experts from industry allowed for some new concept proposals. Subsequent gaming indicated improvements. Hopefully this information results in actual kit/software products.

We are talking INF-banned missiles, according to France the new european missile will have a range of 1,000 to 2,000 km (620-1240 miles)

The two new european made rockets to replace american made munitions.
The programs were included in the European Defence Fund and the first customer of one of the two will be the french military.

The missiles are by design completely manufactured in Europe and totally ITAR-free.

Having a cruise missile with a range of more than 300 km is for most nations for many years indeed an impossible dream, so let alone 1000 km. The name LCCM Mk2 suggests that this is the second model of E-System Solutions, but there is no official website, wikipedia page or anything else on internet about the history or products of this company.

There are some websites from E-System Solutions, but these are total different companies with just the same name.

Also the website below reports that the origins of this company is unclear.
