No, right now there has only been Flights I, II and IIA and now Flight III in FY-16.
Originally what became the Flight IIA Burke was originally a much more modified design called the Flight III. It had all 4 SPY arrays raised up one deck and the aft VLS moved behind the flight deck. This was deemed too expensive and in the end they just slapped a hangar on the slightly improved Flight II and called it the Flight IIA.

Flight III really needs to be better defined. Either it becomes the backbone of AAW and HVA coverage (current territory of Tico) or it becomes the second screen of AAW and Strike warfare, which it is today. Even money says CG(X) is really truly dead and the Burke is now the future cruiser.
My guess is the flight III will become the backbone of our future cruiser force with the Flights I, II and IIA still in the secondary role.

Now a true Flight III has been reborn and it will be interesting to see what capabilities the Flight III Burke will be capable of.:D
