There are other boards if people want to go political. The reason why they're not allowed here is because its frequently demonstrated that individuals cannot exercise restraint and it drops into a flame event.

The Israelis put down 20 millions dollars when they signed on to become a security cooperation participant so they are more than your typical customer.

That's why I called Israel & Singapore "Tier 1", implying they're a cut above typical customers. They've been assessed as trustworthy & technically savvy, put down some money, & been given privileged access. Such arrangements are not unprecedented, but have always previously been called what they are, vendor-customer arrangements. The money probably does little if anything more than cover the costs of the special access.
