No offence intended, but any country that stole a B52 would have been bombed a little to send a rather significant message about ownership issues.
This isn't like the situation of 1944 when the Russians kept a couple of stricken B29's to reverse engineer and this start their own bomber industry. The US would react badly to something like this.
The irony is that Russia's Tupolev bombers have their ancestory in Boeing bombers.
