It is reported that the pilot ejected but his parachute failed to open. Really a tragic way to go.

Anyways its too soon to say anything.
It was a Jaguar this time.

my comments have been in relation to older russian airframes, ie pre Mig 29, Su-27 platforms. AFAIK the Jaguars are not kapton anyway and were refurbed some time ago.

another one crashed today.. man my sympathies with the families of the pilots and heart goes out for the widows. IAF needs to drop pre-mig29 versions asap.

same might have been the case with PAF if the F-6s werent grounded.
Although few still fly.
