WASHINGTON: After three dark years, the sun finally peeked through yesterday at the Aerospace Industries Association's annual year-end review.
Military aircraft sales increased 15 percent, and missile sales jumped 10 percent, the AIA report said. Revenues in the civil aircraft sector, including engines and parts, increased modestly. Sales of commercial aircraft are expected to rise from $34.5 billion this year to $38.7 billion in 2005.
