AGENCE FRANCE-PRESSE, Rheinmetall, the German auto parts and defense technology specialist, said July 5 it had won a contract worth 40 million euros ($51 million) to supply the Kuwait government with naval defense weapons systems.
Under the terms of the contract, the German firm will supply MLG 27 light naval guns for a total value of 40 million euros to the Kuwait navy.
