AGENCE FRANCE-PRESSE, The Pentagon notified Congress Sept. 14 of a possible sale of aircraft engines and other gear for four C-17 transport aircraft being sold to Canada.
The Defense Security and Cooperation Agency said the sale could be worth up to $1.3 billion if all options are exercised.
It would include 18 Pratt and Whitney engines, infrared countermeasures, night vision goggles, spare and repair parts, and mission planning systems and software.
