That looks like a Piaggio P.180 Avanti.

Baykar bought Piaggio out of administration a couple of years ago, & has recently sold some new ones.

Yes, Piaggio rolled out the first P.180MPA in 2015, a variant with more wing span, but still not foldable. The P.180 has enough speed and range, and being compact makes this aircraft quite suitable as a naval AEW/MPA/ASW aircraft for aircraft carriers.

Having a hard time seeing this aircraft on a carrier, either on STOBAR or CATOBAR carriers.

I could see it being used on a CATOBAR carrier. In the mid-1960s, Boeing proposed using a 727 variant as a COD aircraft.

Hell, here's an ad from 1981 regarding a proposal to use the Fokker F-28 Fellowship as a replacement for the C-2 Greyhound COD aircraft.
