These F-16B Block 15AM OCUs belong to those F-16s which were never delivered to Pakistan due to the Pressler Ammendment. Note the colour scheme of the F-16s which is adopted by the Pakistan Airforce Vipers but the PAF insignia is missing. These F-16s are now by USAF for aggressor training.
