USS Elrod with a fake gun mounted were the SM-1 launcher used to be. The launchers were removed as a cost savings measure and not replaced with anything else. Apparently the crew decided to have some fun with this empty spot. You can see the wooden pallet the "gun" is sitting on and the straps holding it in place.
