On January 22, a troop unit under the Jinan Military Area Command of the Chinese Peopleâs Liberation Army （PLA）held a military rank conferring ceremony for the recruits. 1000+ recruits were conferred Private military rank after going through more than one month-long military and political training, formally becoming an honorable solider of the PLA.
