EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- A Navy F/A-18 from Strike Fighter Squadron Eight Seven (VFA-87) refuels from KC-10 Extender, call sign "Shaman Five One" during a refueling mission here on 18 April in support of Red Flag-Alaska 07-1. The KC-10 Extender is from McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey and can refuel using both drouge and probe refueling in a single mission which makes it a very versitile refueling platform.
