An E-2C Hawkeye, assigned to the ââ¬ÅSun Kingsââ¬Â of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron One One Six (VAW-116), launches from the flight deck aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Lincoln and embarked Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2) are currently deployed to the Western Pacific Ocean.
