A C-2A Greyhound - Valiant Shield 2006

USS Ronald Reagan, At sea (June 20, 2006) - A C-2A Greyhound assigned to "The Providers" of Fleet Logistics Combat Support Squadron Three Zero (VRC-30) flies over the flight deck of USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) before making an approach for an arrested landing during Exercise Valiant Shield. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is currently participating in Valiant Shield 2006, a major military exercise off the coast of Guam Involving 28 Naval vessels including three carrier strike groups. Approximately 290 aircraft and more than 20, service members from the Navy, Army, Air Force, Marine Corps and U.S. Coast Guard are taking part in the exercise.
