I have recently become interested in the USAF Patrarescue known as the best SAR team in the world. I am wondering if anyone knows any good sites about them or pictures? I have tried wiki, pararescue.com, and several others if you know of any that would be a big help. Also does anyone know if they truly are the most well and hard trained troops in the world, I saw and read that they recieved harder traing then even the SEALs.

Thanks

These are some sites I have already tried:

USAF PARARESCUE - That Others May Live
United States Air Force Pararescue - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Air Force Pararescue Jumper (PJ) Training - Military Fitness - Military.com

I see that you are still posting, and so may be interested in another resource on Pararescue. I was going to post a link for you, but as this is my first post, I must simply tell you to Google "PJs in Vietnam." That should get you to the site. This is the site begun by PJ Robert LaPointe. I think you will find it interesting.

Concerning the SEALs verses the PJs, we had a different mission than did the Navy SEALs. But you need only look at the total number of SEALs verses PJs to see the difference.
