From the China’s Xinhua News Agency i have come to know that South Korea has become the second nation, after Russia, to perfect “cold launch” technology, which involves the minimizing of launching flames which serve as a sort of marker for the launching site

this is all i know about it i want to know more about this tech
if any one of you know about it tell me.

if have sended many threat but non of you replied a single one are you
do not like to reply me or my information is far beyond your information about weapons

PLEASE REPLY me

Cold launch umm let me see.
The cold launch is just basically the missile being ejected into the air with steam then it's own propulsion would ignite in midair.

How do you display pictures on this? I forgot. :(
No, cold launch refers to a missile launch where the missile is not ignited in the tube/cannister. It may be ejected by a water shot (much like a torpedo) compressed air (again, similar to some torpedo evacuations) or, depending on the size of the missile, it could be compressed gas.

A hot launch means that the missile is ignited within the cannister and that its own propulsion system also serves as the ejection process.

both designs are built for specific reasons. Cold Launches are technically and in engineering terms - easier to develop.

As a further example, hot launch cannisters/tubes have to be armoured and stregthened to a greater level as the hot air/gas mix in the tube at launch can effect its immediate surroundings (eg sensor systems attached to the cannisters etc...) So a vessel using hot launch systems will be heavier than a vessel (deadweight) using cold launch
