Awang se can you describe what training you went through even though sniper training is totaly diff than marksmanship.
are you looking at sniper training as a whole package (ie. adv. marksmanship, recon, stalking etc) or how to shoot like a sniper (adv. marksmanship)?

Or rather nothing beats going up against another sniper or a squad of infantry dedicated to anti-sniper duties. BTW no sniper will talk or tell about their training. They might tell you about soldiering in general terms but nothing else. Same as asking about being a tank driver or going through jungle warfare. Why? cos its easier to talk to some1 who's done it and been through it. And I don't refer to just pulling the trigger or putting your foot hard on the gas pedal of your favored "best" AFV..vintec said:
Nothing different from the rest. i guest it's more a talent for some. i'm a lousy shooter when i first hold a M-16. But after 2 years of training, we can see difference in skills among the cadets.
now, i've leave the mud walking and settled behind a desk. very comfy.
