700m is a very good range for this class of weapon - note that the link mentions 'sighted range' and the video clip showed engagements of static targets in range conditions at distances no greater than 360m. In practice ballpark ranges for this class of weapon are 300m for a moving target and 500m for a moving target.

Jordan is involved in the development and co-production of the RPG-32.

Here's a link from Jane's.

Development
The Hashim RPG-32 rocket launcher system is a joint Jordanian-Russian development by the Jordan Russian Electronic Systems Co. Ltd.

Description
The Hashim RPG-32 is a two-piece modular unit comprising a re-usable firing/sighting unit, which is described as the launcher, and a disposable container with either an anti-tank or thermobaric round. The removable optical sighting unit is attached to the launcher, which fits around the forward section of the disposable launch tube and which also includes the firing mechanism. For transit purposes, two rounds of ammunition are packed in a heavy-duty plastic case with a carrying handle.
Here's another link from Defense-Update (Israeli-based).

The company is negotiating with Jordan to set up a joint venture to produce rocket-propelled grenade launchers in the Middle East. Vladimir Korenkov, general director of the state enterprise Bazalt. Jordan has been involved in the development of the weapon's launcher since 2005; as the system enters production, complete weapons will be locally assembled from parts delivered from Russia.
