Regarding Nakidka RAM

I am wondering whether or not anyone here has any more information regarding to Nakidka RAM. I have only found 2 sources regarding to Nakidka, the designers of Nakdika(Nii Stali) and Warfare.ru.

On a related note, if you do know anything more about Nakidka, may you please read the Wikipedia article about it, as I was the one who wrote it, and Nii Stali and Warfare.ru were the only sources I could find.

In case anyone doesn't know Nakidka is basically a "cloak" that one would attach to a vehicle(like a T-90) or a building(like a Ammo depot). It is stated by their designers to dampen the Thermal, Optical/Near IR and Radar cross section of the vehicle. In practice(I don't know the RCS of a T-90), if Nakidka is equipped onto the T-90, and say a flight of AH-64D's try hunting for them, it would be 6 times as difficult to pick up the T-90's RCS.

kinda reminds me of the French Dassault Rafale fighter, not really built to be stealthy but it is certainly harder to find than a conventional fighter.
they should try making custom jackets out of this stuff for all types of vehicles, imagine how useful that could be if you could cheaply and efficiently half the distance at which your enemy could detect your forces.

The Nakidka was spotted in one of the Tank Brigades in West MD about a year ago. This was probably experimental exploitation, so if the results are generally positive, we can expect to see serial procurement in the near future.

Can it be used by a moving vehicle?

I wouldn't be a very new concept if it is only for stationary targets. But it would take something revolutionary to hide the thermal output of a moving tank.

It was shown being used on a moving Msta-S self-prop howitzer at an arms show, but I'm not sure if it actually fully hides the thermal signature of a moving vehicle. From the description I read it usually meant to be used together with entrenchment and optical camouflage. Also the pics I have of it from the experimental exploitation, show it being used on a BTR-80, that's sitting in a vehicle trench.
